Even though he was directly in God’s amazing presence and power, Moses resistant to the duties God called him to do stating, “Who am I that I should to go to Pharaoh?” (Ex. 3:11). Even after the assurance from God that He would be with Moses, Moses questioned whether the people would really follow him as a leader claiming, “What if they do not believe me or listen to me?” (Ex. 4:1) As a leader, you should have a healthy assessment of who you are and what you want to achieve.
